I had a good day, bought another course on Udemy, had a good talk about the OFIEway with Daniel again, did 2 Daily Mini Workouts, feel exhausted, but satisfied.

  • 1100 (after going to bed at 0300);

My weight today in the evening after having dinner, before going to bed:

  • 68.1 kg (150.1348 lbs);

Today’s Tasks Towards My Goals

I thought a lot of the OFIEway, had a good talk with Daniel about my and his online future and career and I did and still do my daily suXess routine.

  • 2 Daily Mini Workouts today;

Last Yoga Session:

  • 1 Yoga session at midday today;

Today’s Nutrition:

  • Sweets: 1 Red Bull coke, 1 All I Need, 1 Knoppers;
  • Vitamins: 1 glass of vitamin juice in the night (right now);
  • Fruits: 1 Kiwi and some Cashews;
  • Proteins: 14 protein pills at midday;

What I Learned Today

It totally feels good to learn and study. Also, I believe stronger and stronger, that my daily suXess routine has the potential to change my life for real. What else had the potential to change my life for real, if not the constant thinking of where I want to arrive one day.

My Plans For Tomorrow

At least I will do my daily suXess routine in the night again.
